HCS SCS SB 24 -- FRANKLIN COUNTY LAW LIBRARY FUND

Currently, an additional $10 fee is imposed on most court cases
in Franklin County for the county law library fund.  This bill
establishes an expiration date of December 31, 2014, on the
collection of this fee.
